Access Business College in Toronto is offering a Certificate in Technical Drafting*.
This certificate provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to translate ideas, sketches and specifications into accurate working drawings, using both manual and computer assisted drafting techniques. Technical Drafting training introduces drafting practices from the fundamentals to the advanced.
The skills taught in this certificate will be lettering, metric construction, technical sketching, orthographic projection, sections, intersections, fasteners, development, theory and application of dimensioning and tolerances. The students will be introduced to the piping design, and pressure vessel design drafting practices as they relate to the petrochemical industry.
