has been offering an exceptionally well designed diploma program with many topics of studies such as Food Safety, The HACCP Process, Supervision in the Hospitality Industry, Hospitality Facilities Management Design, Managing Service in Food and Beverage, Purchasing for Food Service Operations, Training and Development for Hospitality, Planning and Control for Food and Beverage, Managing Technology in Hospitality, Bar and Beverage Management.

All the Individual Certifications will be awarded by the Educational Institute of American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH & LA) upon successful completion.
